After graduating from the Department of Public Administration at Uludağ University in 1995, he began his professional career at Esbank Eskişehir Bankası Corporation. He started working as a Corporate Banking Sales and Marketing Specialist at Tekstilbank in 1998 and then moved to Türk Ekonomi Bankası in 2001.
He participated in the structuring process before the establishment and operating license of Odeabank in 2012, serving as the Commercial Group Manager until 2017. In 2017, he started working as the Head of Commercial Banking Sales Department at Anadolubank. In 2020, he established the Corporate and Commercial Banking Department as the Deputy General Manager of Corporate and Commercial Banking at the same bank, implementing a new organizational structure and business plan. During the same period, he also simultaneously took on the responsibilities of the Cash Management and Platform Banking Department and the Foreign Trade Marketing Department. Under the Cash Management Department, he actively participated in numerous business development and projects such as fintech collaborations, platform banking collaborations and integrations, open banking and ecosystem banking, as well as agreements and collaborations with public and private institutions. With 29 years of experience in the banking profession, as of the beginning of 2024, he voluntarily resigned from his position as Deputy General Manager at the bank and currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors in some NGOs.
