He graduated from the Department of Business Administration at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Gazi University in 1987. He completed his master’s program in International Financial Reporting and Auditing at Yıldırım Beyazıt University in 2015.
He obtained his Certified Public Accountant license in 1990 and began providing accounting, financial reporting, and financial consulting services to companies. For over 20 years, he has been providing training and consulting services to companies in the areas of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
He was authorized as an independent auditor by the Public Oversight, Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority in 2014 and has been active in the field of independent auditing.
