She graduated from the Department of Business Administration (English) at the Marmara University in 2000. She has over 20 years of experience on independent auditing, financial reporting, internal control systems, internal audit and process management.
During her career in PwC, İstanbul between 2000-2013, she managed independent audit and internal audit projects of many listed and privately-held local and international companies, namely Beko, Arçelik, Novartis, Abdi İbrahim, CEVA Logistics, etc. She was part of various M&A and IPO project teams as well. She served as the leader of the Pharmaceutical Industry Audit Group for 3 years. She delivered trainings on IFRS, Turkish Commercial Code and Financial Management at PwC Business School. She started working as Internal Audit Manager at Sora Group of Companies in 2017 and was promoted to General Coordinator within the same group in 2018. As General Coordinator, she gained wide managerial experience in all operational units such as HR, IT, quality management, work safety and production; participated in corporate governance transformation process. She has led the many important projects such as ERP system implementation, AEO certification, etc. She also gained experience in export incentives, trademark law, R&D centre management.
She has held a Certified Public Accountant Certificate since 2008. She has been authorized as an Independent Auditor by the Public Oversight, Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority . She also holds an ISO 9001 Internal Auditor Certification.
