He has more than 30 years of experience in business development, project management and coordination in R&D departments and entrepreneurship. He graduated from the Department of Statistics at the Faculty of Science, Anadolu University in 1991. He worked at Boss Information Processing which is IBM Solution Partner between 1991 and 1994. He was a partner at Brit Industrial Products Ltd. Co. between 1995 and 2005. Then he worked at Data Display AG. between 2005 and 2006, iDeal Teknoloji between 2006 and 2011, and Mobilera between 2011 and 2013. He continues to work as Project Coordinator in YASAD Software Industrialists Association voluntarily since 2013. Also, he is the founding partner of Actuate Bulgaria in 2015. He became the Manager of Actuate Innovation and Information Technologies Corporation in 2019, and founded Wesley Clover Türkiye R&D in 2021, and also took the managerial responsibility.
He has working experience with government bodies, local NGOs, SMEs and start-ups and coordination and support experience to EU funded projects. He has established and managed mentoring and support programs for government agencies and associations. He also coordinated and supported training, development, and capacity building projects on these subjects. He has consulting experience with SMEs and start-ups through their growth journey – actively involved in supporting new product development, implementation, and production from different sectors. He has wide regional working experience in addition to working with different European Countries such as Bulgaria. He has been involved in development and delivery of several training programs on process and change management in SMEs.
