He served as the World President of the Global Business Lawyers (GBL) Alliance. Currently in 55 countries he continues to serve as a Board Member of GBL Alliance. He has over 20 years of experience in the legal profession. He is one of the first mediators of Türkiye. He provides services in the fields of International Commercial Disputes such as Commercial Disputes, Commercial Mediation, Problems Between Companies and Shareholders (Partners), Shareholders Establishing Relationships, Company Restructuring, Acquisitions & Mergers, Board of Directors Crises.
After his education in Germany, he graduated from the Department of Law at Atatürk University. He completed his master’s degrees in International Business at Marmara University and in International Trade Law at Cardiff University, in UK. He got his doctorate degree in Private Law at Kadir Has University.
He is a Member of the Board of Trustees of Altınbaş University and works with alternative dispute resolution methods. in various universities, chambers of commerce and industry in the field of mediation and commercial law. He takes part as a speaker at conferences, seminars and symposiums. He has the master’s thesis in English on the subject of “The Importance of Interim Legal Protection Orders in International Arbitration and Turkish International Arbitration Law” He has a book titled “Board of Directors Crises and Solutions In Companies”. His academic articles are included in various journals.
